Who do I work for?
I work for respondents, not aggrieved
Let me be clear – I work for respondents, not aggrieved. Simply by talking to an aggrieved person who wants to help their partner get an order dropped, I could be conflicted out of acting on behalf of the respondent.
I would hate for that to happen. If you’re an aggrieved trying to help your partner, best you ask them to contact me directly.
What does it cost?
Step one is to book a Defence Strategy Session, which is a commitment of 1.5 to 2 hours (on the phone), and $660. It’s the best money you will spend when it comes to preparing for what’s to come.
- family and domestic violence law in Queensland – history and status,
- the process that’s about to unfold, including the timeline,
- the options and pathways forward (relevant to your unique situation), and
- my recommendations in regard to the best next steps for you and your family.
